Orders & payment
How do I pay?
In India: Cash on Delivery, UPI or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). In the USA: we confirm your order, then email a USD payment request (a secure payment link or our international bank details). No card or bank details are ever entered on this site, and orders only ship once they are confirmed.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on most Indian PIN codes our courier partners serve. If yours is not covered we will tell you when we confirm the order, and you can switch to UPI or bank transfer. COD is not available for orders to the USA.
How do I know my order went through?
You see an order number on screen straight away. We then confirm by email or WhatsApp within one working day (Mon to Sat, 10am to 7pm IST).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Once it has shipped, use our returns process instead.
Shipping in India
How much is delivery in India?
Free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that it is a flat ₹79.
How long does it take in India?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after that, depending on your PIN code. You get a tracking link once it ships.
Shipping to the USA
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. Our US store at pepcarestore.com/us shows every price in US dollars. We ship from Mumbai to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We cannot deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories.
How much is shipping to the USA, and how long does it take?
Tracked international shipping is a flat $12.99, or free on orders of $75 or more. We dispatch within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days after that. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Possibly. Parcels to the USA are imported by the customer, so any US import duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs. They are not included in our prices or shipping charge.
Why can’t I buy the heating belt or heating mat in the USA?
Both are built for India’s 220 to 240 V mains with a two-pin Indian plug, so they are not suitable for US outlets. We only sell them in India.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong item? Tell us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Returns are sent back by post or courier; return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or wrong.
How do refunds work?
Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 7 working days, in the currency you paid in, to the account you paid from (or, for COD orders, to a UPI ID or bank account you share with us).
Sizing & use
How do I pick my size?
Every sized product has its own chart on the product page, measured in centimetres, and our size guide has a quick size matcher. Measure in the morning, when legs are at their least swollen.
What does graduated compression mean?
The stocking is tightest at the ankle and gradually gets looser towards the knee or thigh. That gradient is what makes it a compression stocking rather than just a tight sock.
Are these products genuine Vissco?
Yes. Everything we sell is made by Vissco and ships new, in its original packaging. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer.
Are these medical treatments?
No. They are support and comfort products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury or surgery, ask your doctor which product and compression level is right for you.
