1. Lay the mat flat on your bed with the control box at the head end.
2. Plug it in and set a heat level you are comfortable with.
3. Switch it off and unplug it when you are done.

• Never fold the mat while it is warm; this can damage the heating circuit.
• Keep it dry. Wipe clean with a dry cloth only.
• Store it loosely rolled once completely cool.

• Keep water away from the mat and never operate it with wet hands.
• Drink water during longer heat sessions.
• Keep children away from the controls.
• Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, diabetic or have reduced sensation.
