Measure: Circumference just above the ankle bone.

1. Sit and rest your foot on a low stool.
2. Wrap a soft tape around your leg just above the ankle bone.
3. Keep it flat against the skin, not too tight, and read it in centimetres.

2. Smooth it so the knit lies flat with no folds on the front of the ankle.

• Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
• Dry flat, in the shade.
• Do not iron, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.

• Snug is right, painful is not. If you feel numbness or tingling, take it off and check your size.
