1. Slide the sleeve up over your foot and position it centred over the kneecap.
2. Smooth it out so the knit lies flat with no folds behind the knee.

• Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
• Dry flat, in the shade.
• Do not iron, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.

• Snug is right, painful is not. If you feel numbness or tingling, take it off and check your size.
• If you are recovering from an injury, check with your doctor or physiotherapist first.
